Marius heads up the Marketing Divisions of all the departments with very competent property consultants, which includes development sales, second hand residential sales, bonds, rentals and financial services. He also manages the total property portfolios of a number of investors who fully relies on his hands-on experience of the industry and ability to be able to read the changes in the industry.Marius is also an experienced project manager and can manage developments from start to finish with a firm hand.
